We will be flowing fast, building lots of heat. The flow is always creatively sequenced, set to a great energetic playlist, and will build to a particular peak pose. Options will be given to meet all levels! Class is 45-60 minutes.
ALL Levels Yoga Class combined with light weights and resistance training. Expect to build some heat, and have a great time!
